Due to the nature of the terrain, the Sculpture Gardens and Nature Trail are not suitable for wheelchairs or walking frames. The paths are gravel and include some inclines that make wheelchair access difficult. However, the Plant Centre and Coffee Stop area are accessible if you wish to visit for browsing or refreshments.
Well behaved dogs on leads are permitted in the Plant Centre, but sorry no dogs in the Sculpture Gardens.
We do however make an exception. If you and your dog would like to visit the gardens throughout the year, you will need to purchase an Annual Pass. Our staff need to meet your dog, learn its name, and check it passes our ‘Is your dog cute, quiet, well-trained and people friendly’ test.
The Annual Pass holder will then be able to bring their well-behaved and people friendly dog throughout the year.
